The Sinking City release date has been moved to June

The Sinking City will not be released in March as originally planned.

Bigben and Frogwares have announced a delay for Lovecraftian, noire investigation game The Sinking City.

The title initially had a March 21 release date on PC, PS4, and Xbox One attached. Recently, however, the date was taken off the game’s Steam, and Amazon pages.

A reason behind the missing date was explained in a video released today.

According to the video, the new release date will ensure the game arrives during a less crowded period.

This will also allow the development team additional time to optimize the game by "making it a little bit better."

The Sinking City will now arrive June 27 simultaneously on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
