The Lord of the Rings: Gollum will also release for PS4, Switch, and Xbox One

The Lord of the Rings: Gollum will be released for current-gen consoles.

It was announced during the Future Games Show yesterday that in addition to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X, The Lord of the Rings: Gollum will also head to PS4, Switch, and Xbox One (thanks, Gematsu).

Developed by Daedalic Entertainment, the game will have you using stealth to make it past enemies with climbing and parkour elements.

It is mostly non-combat, but you will be able to stealthily take out enemies, and use special abilities as well as make use of special allies.

Decisions made as Smeagol or as Gollum will affect the animations, certain gameplay situations, as well as NPCs in the game.

The game is set to be released next year.
