Demo for The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes hits eShop, online demos run this weekend

A demo for The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes has been released on the North American end of the eShop.

Three costumes will also be available: Hero’s Tunic, Kokiri Clothes and Legendary Dress.

3DS users will be able to try the game out with two friends via local play - who also have the demo installed, obviously. Single-player and Download Play aren't available in this particular trial, but online co-op demos are coming from tomorrow and will include three dungeons.

Here's when to expect the online trials:

  • Oct. 30: 3-5pm PT/6-8pm ET
  • Oct. 31: 3-5pm PT/6-8pm ET
  • Nov. 1: 3-5pm PT/6-8pm ET

Also available on the eShop today are Wii U games Human Resource Machine from World of Goo and Little Inferno devs and Octodad: Dadliest Catch. Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town is also available via Virtual Console.

Various titles are also on sale this week including Resident Evil Revelations for 75% off on Wii U and 3DS. Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D is also 75% off for 3DS.
