The Elder Scrolls Online will be free for Xbox Live Gold members from later today right through the weekend, giving you plenty of time to get to know and love the MMORPG.

The free log-in period begins 12:01am ET November 23 and ends at 11:59pm ET November 27 (Sunday).

Since the game client is 80GB, you should start your download as soon as possible. You'll receive 500 crowns to get you started once you've made an account.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Edition will be on sale throughout the free weekend, if you like what you see, and Bethesda will also offer discounts on Crown Packs.
