The Division Weekly Vendor reset: Military P416, PP-19, Blueprints, and more

Vendor items and Blueprints in The Division have been reset for the week.
Every week, Arekkz goes over whether the offerings are worth the Phoenix Credits or Dark Zone Funds.
Next week's update will change quite a lot in the game, including the vendor items, Blueprints and what have you - yet, there are still a few things worth considering this week:
- Converted SMG-9 A2 available over at the DZ03 Safe Room
- Performance Gear Mod Blueprint at the DZ04 Vendor
- The Military P416 located at the Base of Operations
- PP-19 with a GS 163 in The Underground
As usual, you will want to give the video a watch to find out more, but it's worth noting Arekkz doesn't recommend buying too much this week, what with update 1.4 dropping next week on October 25.
Between now and Tuesday, be sure to play as much as you can because when the update drops, you'll want to be swimming in Dark Zone Funds and Phoenix Credits.
