Work towards this killer look in The Division.
The maximum level you can reach in The Division is 30. By that time, you'll have finished the main content and will be ready to tackle end-game.
As you'd expect, a level 30 agent will be fully decked out in the high-stat gear and high-damage weapons. All talent slots will also be open for you.
