Arekkz goes over the 40 unlockable perks, and explains each one in detail.
Perks, much like Skills and Talents, are unlocked by completing missions and upgrading the corresponding wings back at the Base of Operations.
The breakdown is as follows: 13 Medical, 12 Tech and 15 Security. Unlike Skills and Talents though, they don't have to be selectively equipped once unlockable as they are active all the time.
Perks weren't available Alpha or the recent beta.
An open beta for The Division will be held next week February 18-21..Like the closed beta, it will be available for Xbox One players first for the 24 hours.
PC and PlayStation 4 players will be able to jump in February 19 and everyone can start pre-loading on February 16.

The Division will be released on March 8 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
