Terraria collector's edition coming to consoles

Terraria is coming to retail for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and bringing a bunch of sweet physical goodies with it.

A Gamestop listing shows the collector's edition includes a pickaxe flash drive; vellum stickers; and a poster showing crafting recipes.

The Xbox 360 version contains the game on DVD, but the PlayStation 3 bundle comes with a download card to grab a digital copy, which is a bit odd.

The physical release comes courtesy of 505 Games and is due in North America on August 1. It will cost $40.

Terraria is available now on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 through digital distribution.
