TERA lawsuit settled, details undisclosed

TERA publisher En Masse Entertainment has confirmed that a settlement has been reached in a lawsuit filed by NCSoft, GamesIndustry reports. The case against En Masse and developer Bluehole alleged that three former NCSoft employees had made off with a pile of assets from Lineage III, and then incorporated them into TERA. The settlement means the MMORPG can go on unmolested, but no details have been released as to who ponied up and why; if En Masse handed over a slab of cash it might help explain why it's had to issue a round of lay-offs.
