Target is offering buy 2 get 1 free on all video games, starts Sunday

If there are a lot of games you've been waiting to grab on sale, then big retailer sales can help you fill up your collection in no time flat. Target will be holding a buy two get one free sale on games starting on Sunday, so now is a good time to check Target's available games and plan for the Sunday morning rush.

For the February 9-15th sales period, Target will have buy two get one free on all video games, board games, movies, and books. You can mix and match between the different forms of media, but the discount will only be applied to the cheapest item, so it may not be the best idea to grab two games and a Blu-Ray.

What's different about this target sale is that Switch games are included in the deal this time around. Typically, Switch games aren't included in these sales, presumably because Switch games don't drop in value as fast. This deal will be available both in-store and online, so you might want to try Target's online store before the stores open Sunday morning.

Additionally, if you have the REDcard, Target's credit card, you'll get more benefits. On top of 5% off, any purchase above $100 will save an additional $10. Two full price video games will easily be above that $100 threshold.

If you're looking for more board games for game nights, then Target also has a big selection of board games to take a look at!
