Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver and Wii Sports Resort were Nintendo’s big software earners during the last fiscal year, its latest financial report’s revealed.
Europe is responsible for the majority of Nintendo’s 22 percent revenue drop in the last financials year, with sales in the region falling from ¥0.73 billion ($780 million) in 2009 to ¥0.48 billion ($513 million) in the 12 months ending March 31, 2010. That’s a decline of 34 percent.
Life-to-date DS sales numbers are now beyond those of Game Boy.
Nintendo’s just announced latest hardware numbers for Wii and DS in its full-year financials.
Nintendo just posted financials for the 12 months ending March 31, 2010, showing a net income decline of 18 percent to ¥229 trillion ($2.45 billion).
