System 3 secures long-term Ferrari deal

System 3 has secured a new long-term deal with Ferrari, according to this MCV report.

“The Ferrari brand is all about prestige and about achieving the very pinnacle of engineering and ergonomic design,” said System 3 boss Mark Cale.

“For us to sign an extension of our agreement with Ferrari and to crack Japan at the same time is the best possible way for us to celebrate our 30th birthday.

“We have only scratched the surface with what we would like to do with the Ferrari licence but one thing will always remain the same: our dedication to creating an experience that truly honours the mantra of Ferrari.”

System 3 has previously released two Ferrari games, the last of which, Ferrari: The Race Experience, achieved success on PSN in Japan.

The publisher has sold more than 3 million Ferrari games since signing with the car manufacturer in 2007.
