Far, far away: SWTOR is free-to-play this weekend

Starting Thursday, March 15, players around the world will be able play Star Wars: The Old Republic in the first Weekend Pass Free Trial. For a limited time, individuals who don’t already have a previously-active SWTOR account can experience the MMO for up to four days for free, with no payment method required.

Individuals who take part in the Weekend Pass will be able to experience "the opening adventures of each of the eight character classes in the game," exploring both the Origin World and their faction’s Capital World.

Additionally, Weekend Pass players will have access to PvP Warzones and early faction-specific Flashpoints The Esseles and The Black Talon.

The Weekend Pass Free Trial ends on Monday, March 19.
