Survarium beta throws open doors to all comers

Survarium's previously closed beta has now been opened, allowing all interested parties to come and gawk at the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. spiritual successor.

Survarium has been officially opened to European players, so you can go and have a go at two PvP modes - Team Deathmatch and Battery Retrieval.

According to PCGamer, Vostok Games has confirmed that north American players can also join the fun but will likely suffer from lag, as there are no local servers.

Developed by a number of former GSC World members, Survarium will eventually include game modes more in line with the original S.T.A.L.K.E.R. experience. It was expected to launch last year, but was apparently delayed.
