New trailer for Surgeon Simulator dev's Worlds Adrift shows intriguing, beautiful game

Bossa Stuido's next game doesn't carry a silly premise like Surgeon Simulator or I Am Bread, but it certainly looks very interesting.

Worlds Adrift is a new game in development at Surgeon Simulator and I Am Bread developer Bossa Studios.

The game is very early in development, so not much has been revealed. We do know however that the main character will be equipped with a multitool that allows the player to harvest, repair, craft and more.

Worlds Adrift will feature a day/night cycle and will play differently depending on the time of day.

Updates will be posted regularly on the game's blog, so keep an eye out of that.

The trailer below shows footage of an early build, narrated by producer Herb Liu. But more importantly, it shows the game's low-poly aesthetic and how flat colours and soft lighting help give it that illustrated feel.
