Super Smash Bros Ultimate: Piranha Plant gameplay shows off all moves, specials, and Final Smash
Piranha Plant made its Super Smash Bros. Ultimate debut today and here's a run down of all of its moves and abilities.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate's update 2.0 added Piranha Plant and made a number of tweaks to fighters on the roster, and if you're wondering whether the leafy new addition to the game is worth your time, the answer is a resounding 'yes.'
Arekkz gives us a breakdown of the character's moves and abilities, which look hilarious when being executed by a potted plant.
The Up Special in particular looks adorable and is a lifesaver to boot. When deployed, Piranha Plant will fly upwards using its leaves as a propeller, but as Alex points out, it's amazing for recovering when knocked down to the far corners of a stage.
Its Smash attack is pretty great to watch too, so if you have a five minutes you should definitely take a quick peek at him in action.
Piranha Plant is available as a free download for players who already own the game, and those of you who grab yourself a copy by January 31.
