Super Mario Galaxy 2 dated for June 11 in Europe

Nintendo's just announced it has dated Super Mario Galaxy 2 for June 11 in Europe.

The news is out of the company's European event in London today.

It comes on the back of an announcement of a May 23 release in the US by Nintendo of America last night.

A new trailer was released yesterday, alongside a batch of new screens. Looking good.

The game was announced at E3 2009, and is the first time ever a second main 3D Mario game has hit a Nintendo home console.
