Steam now supports coupon codes

Steam now supports coupon codes which can also be traded through the system. Valve has posted an FAQ on the matter through here, which provides you with plenty of induction on the matter. The FAQ doesn't mention that coupons can be traded, but Blue has word that it is indeed the case.
