The Stanley Parable and Watch Dogs are free through the Epic Games Store

Two new titles are free for the taking on the Epic Games Store.

The Stanley Parable and Watch Dogs are both free from today through March 26 on the Epic Games Store.

If you are unfamiliar with The Stanley Parable, it's a first-person exploration game where you play as Stanley, "and you will not play as Stanley."

Here's the blurb, because we can't do the description justice.

You will play as Stanley, and you will not play as Stanley. You will follow a story, you will not follow a story. You will have a choice, you will have no choice. The game will end, the game will never end. Contradiction follows contradiction, the rules of how games should work are broken, then broken again. This world was not made for you to understand. But as you explore, slowly, meaning begins to arise, the paradoxes might start to make sense, perhaps you are powerful after all. The game is not here to fight you; it is inviting you to dance.

Watch Dogs is the original game in the hacker series from Unisoft. If you have never played it, grab it for free now. In the game, you play as hacker Aiden Pearce who has a criminal past. As Aiden, you will hack and manipulate the city of Chicago's systems by stopping traffic lights, blowing up gas lines, shutting down the electrical grid, and more as you seek revenge.

Next week on the store you will be able to grab Figment and Tormentor x Punisher for free from March 26 - April 2.
