Square Enix suing 15 Italian nationals over Deus Ex leak

Square Enix is taking 15 Italian nationals to court over the leaking of a PC preview build of Deus Ex: Human Revolution. The company's accused them of hacking into the servers of an Italian games magazine where the build was being hosted before copying it and posting it online. Square says the leak would constitute copyright infringement, with damages also looking to be claimed "in excess of $5000." There's more on it here, via Kotaku.
