Square Enix hosting What’s in the Box! surprise sale on its store for £4.99

Square Enix has posted a surprise offering on its store, and it's literally a surprise because you don't know what you're going to get with it.

Starting today and running though December 20, The Square Enix Store is selling a Mystery Box for £4.99 and within its confines is a "special selection of Square Enix products worth over £50."

While we have no idea what is contained therein, Square promises it was "thoughtfully put together to offer a holiday assortment packed full of PC Digital games."

The contents of the exclusive deal will be delivered after 12:00pm on December 20 when the deal ends.

This Christmas Surprise is available across Europe (excluding France) and in Australia.

Who could resist the call of the mystery box? Really. The mystery box could be anything! It could even be a game!
