Square Enix is considering releasing Dragon Quest X in the west

Japanese publisher Square Enix said that it's considering releasing the MMO, currently only available in Japan, Dragon Quest 10, in the west.

The news comes following this morning's financial report for the firm, in which it announced making $65 million in profits.

During the same report, the Japanese giant said that a Dragon Quest X release outside of Japan is "under consideration," according to CVG.

Interestingly, Square Enix also said that it plans to publish western-made online titles, though it's possible the Dragon Quest thing has nothing to do with that, unless a western studio will be developing the localised version.

Dragon Quest X has been out for some time now, in Japan only, on Wii WiiU and PC, and Square Enix has been recently announced that it has sold over 1 million copies thus far.
