Square Enix boss Wada wants "Japan Alliance"

According to this Nikkei business report, Square Enix boss Yoichi Wada has said that in order to remain competitive with the Western market, a "Japan Alliance" must be assembled. This would see medium to small-sized companies realign and work together as a unit, apparently.

"[W]e should consider some sort of 'Japan Alliance'," said Wada. "Individuality is important. It's not forcing everything into a single corporate brand. The ideal is a holding company under which several companies and brands can hang."
