Spirit Hunters Inc dev diary shows off ghost battles

Australian indie nnoo has released a second developer diary for its augmented reality DS game, Spirit Hunters Inc, showing off a strange blend off Pokémon, Ghost Trick, and pretending you are throwing fireballs at your least-favourite housemates.

The main premise of Spirit Hunters seems to be tracking down nasty (but cute) little spirits, and then doing a number of truly horrible things to them until they look sad enough for you to capture or exorcise or otherwise get rid of them.

As an agent of the titular organisation, you'll rise through the ranks unlocking extra powers and abilities.

Spirit Hunters Inc is due on DSi via DSiWare, and will be available in both "light" and "Dark" versions. See the dev diary below.

Nnoo's previous DS offerings include Pop, which was also released on iPhone.

Thanks, GoNintendo.
