Soul Calibur iOS updated with Bluetooth multiplayer

Challenge your mates to a Siegfried versus Ivy match via the iOS release of a Dreamcast classic.

Pocket Gamer reports Namco Bandai has issued a free update to the 1998 re-release, which hit the App Store in January.

The update corrects the glaring omission of multiplayer, and is available on iPhone and iPad. sadly, the iPod Touch version is not supported.

That's the whole lot, apparently. Grab the app here.

Soul Calibur is the second game in the Soul series, following the 1996 Soul Edge, called Soul Blade outside Japan. It's also available through Xbox Live Arcade.
