Sony removes recently added PSone & PSP classic games from Vita store

PS Vita owners were surprised to find that almost every PSone classic and PSP game had been added to the handheld console's store earlier this week. It seems that the move was made in error, as all of the added games have been removed.

You can check out our full report on the matter here, along with screen grabs of the store.

DualShockers reports that the games have now been withdrawn by Sony, but adds that some of the titles still work following their removal. It raises questions about why the games aren't just added to the store, if they already work, but we're guessing it might have something to do with PS Now, but that's just a guess of course.

Did you manage to get any of the games before they were nuked?
