Sonic the Hedgehog out now on Android

The original Sonic the Hedgehog is now available on Google Play for Android devices, priced at $3. This isn't just a quick and dirty port, either, but a Retro-Engine remake from fan turned pro Christian “The Taxman” Whitehead. It boasts widescreen support at 60FPS, a remastered soundtrack, leaderboards, achievements, Time Attack mode, and playable Knuckles and Tails. The iOS version has been updated to add in these extra features, too.
