SOMA approaching beta phase on PC and PS4

SOMA, the new horror game from the Amnesia: The Dark Descent crew, is getting close to playable.

Frictional Games has apologised for its recent silence over the project, but said it's focused on reaching beta.

Sorry all for the silence! We're closing in on Beta and everyone's working hard to get there. Once that's done, we'll reveal more!

Responding to a question, Frictional said it will be beta testing on PC and PS4. It's not clear if there will be a public beta test, though.

The developer also gave us a new screenshot to admire while we wait.
