Smaller tablets threaten iPad's market dominance - analysts

After a few years of being the only game in town, the iPad's triumphant revival of the tablet market may be coming to an end. In a Citi note to investors reported by CNET, analysts suggested the smaller iPad Mini is cannibalising the larger iPad's sales, and that 7" Android tablets are also growing in popularity. In the smartphone market, recent reports have suggested that while Android sales still have a way to go to make a dent in iPhone's market share, the Google platform is growing much more quickly.
