Siliconera's reporting that the Japanese version of Sleeping Dogs will penalise players who kill civilian players in some missions. The game is called Sleeping Dogs Hong Kong Secret Police in Japan, and will be rated CERO Z, which makes it an adults-only game you have to request at a store counter. Some other small changes have been made to the game, including moving a camera over concern related to a sexual theme. Sleeping Dogs releases in Japan on September 27.
