Skyrim patch 1.4.26 available as a Steam beta

Once again we must call upon the bravest Dohvakiin - to beta test the latest patch for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Assuming you are confident in your save file back up skills, you can opt into Bethesda's latest title-update-in-testing by enabling it in the Account tab of your Steam client settings.

Patch 1.4.26 fixes a couple of issues plaguing the mod system, but also addresses a number of PC-specific crashes and freezes.

It doesn't sound too dramatic. Full details are available on the Bethesda Blog.
