Sir David Attenborough's latest nature documentary is being filmed for Oculus Rift

Sir David Attenborough, the legendary documentary producer, is working on a new nature documentary that is being filmed to support Oculus Rift.

"We’re now filming for the Oculus Rift," John Morris, commercial director for Atantic Productions told RealScreen. "So when we filmed our recent flight in Borneo, we filmed with an eight-camera rig, so you got the full 360° experience."

Eurogamer adds that Sir Attenborough has previously worked with the same production company to produce similar projects which premiered on Sky 3D in the UK.

We'll update you when we have more information about how it will be available to Oculus Rift owners.
