SimCity creator Will Wright to host open Q&A at GameHorizon '13

Maxis founder Will Wright will make a special appearance at this year's GameHorizon event in Newcastle which takes place May 8-9.

The Maxis founder and SimCity creator will field questions from the audience about his long career, which spans a long history under EA's mighty wing, and later years working among entertainment think-tanks. GameHorizon will see Wright join the audience via live video link.

The event will also feature a keynote from Massive Entertainment head David Polfeldt, who will speak alongside Ubisoft Reflections' Pauline Jacquey in a chat labelled 'The fearless creation of the million dollar game.' Jacquey's team is currently c-developing Watch Dogs, so this could be one to look out for.
