Sekiro item randomisation mod lets you replace every enemy with the final boss

This new Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice mod has some practical uses, but none more devastating than this.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice may not have the replayability of other FromSoftware games, but modders are still trying to make your 100th hour with the game more interesting.

Creator Thefifthmatt recently released the Sekiro Enemy and Item Randomizer mod, which lets you play around with enemy locations, where items drop, and even spawn any of the bosses as normal enemies. In fact, you can even make it so a single enemy - that you choose - replaces all enemies in the game's world, and this even applies to bosses.

The mod is pretty comprehensive, and players have already been using it in creative ways. Reddit user Kahei_X decided to replace all of the game's enemies and bosses with Isshin Ashina, the game's final boss.

This isn't a simple model replacement, either, it's the full, three-phase boss you fight at the end of the game. Imagine every enemy you come across being this difficult. They documented their journey in the video below. Hit the Nexus Mods link above to download the mod yourself.
