A second Kingdom Hearts VR experience will release for PSVR later this week

Kingdom Hearts is coming back to PlayStation VR for a second round.

The first Kingdom Hearts VR experience released back in February, and consisted of a few short vignettes that you could slash your Keyblade through.

And now, there's another one coming! On July 24, you'll be able to jump back into Kingdom Hearts in VR and "use motion controllers in some new, yet familiar, worlds like Olympus Coliseum".

We don't have a lot of information to go on yet, beyond this tweet announcement.

It's not as exciting as the upcoming Kingdom Hearts DLC, due out late this year or early next year, but it's something.

The VR experience is available as a separate, free download, so you don't actually need to own Kingdom Hearts 3 on PS4 to experience it. If you're a big fan of the series, look forward to having a small morsel of extra Kingdom Hearts later this week.
