Second annual Team Fortress 2 Halloween Special goes live

Valve has released the second annual Halloween-themed update for Team Fortress 2 and, of course, it's free.
The update will introduce players to the non-playable character the horseless Headless Horsemann, who is a randomly generated boss which appears exclusively in Mann Manor, a new and creepy attack/defend map "littered with exploding pumpkins".
The update also includes new achievements, the opening of the Halloween department of the Mann Co store, new community items from 10 new contributors, and more.
