Samurai Shodown and seven other games coming to Epic Games Store this year

Epic is celebrating the spring with another batch of Epic Games Store releases.

The Epic Games Store is looking to kick off another year of big and small releases. Today, Epic Games revealed eight new games coming to the digital store throughout 2020.

The biggest is, of course, Samurai Shodown. The game does not yet have a PC release date, but its confirmation for PC has been a long time coming. It launched on PS4 and Xbox One last year, but the closest to PC it's ever gotten has been Google Stadia. It's now coming to PC proper.

Epic also revealed seven other indie projects coming to the Epic Store. Dread Nautical, a turn-based RPG that takes place on a cruise ship, is out April 29 and it's available now to pre-purchase.

Totally Reliable Delivery Service is the second April release on EGS. Totally Reliable Delivery Service is a co-op game in which you and friends work together to deliver goods by any means necessary. The physics-based sandbox game is out April 1, and you can wishlist it today.

The last April release is Industries of Titan, which launches April 14. Industries of Titan is a management sim where you get to build an industrial city, design factories and optimise production as you compete with other AI-managed houses. It does not yet have a release date, but you can wishlist it on the store.

Sludge Life, coming this spring, is the surreal first-person game that has a cat with two assholes. It's also a game about vandalism, graffiti and cranky people. You can wishlist it today.

Due June 1, Diabotical is a free-to-play, arena shooter where you play as egg-shaped little robots. Diabotical currently has three modes played across nine maps, and recently hosted a closed beta.

Among Trees is a game where you get to build your own cabin in the wilderness and explore, craft, and uncover many of nature's delights. This is a first-person survival game that encourages exploration and experimentation. It's coming this summer to the Epic Store, and you can wishlist it at the link.

Saturnalia is a horror adventure game set in 1989's Sardinia, the Italian island. Coming in Q4 this year, Saturnalia follows a group of strangers who travel to the island to solve its mysteries. Saturnalia has a rogue-lite mechanic in that each character gets one life. When they die, they're dead forever. The game's structure also changes with every game over.
