Rumour: EA buys GTAForums.com

According to this, EA has completed the purchase of a GTA forum network. The rumour goes that EA bought the site - which now sports an EA logo - this weekend for $3.4 million. That story shows what purports to be a letter from the publisher to the webmaster of GTAForums.com saying it's interested in buying his site. God only knows if this is true. We certainly don't.
