According to Gamestop listings caught by Kotaku, the official Memory Sticks due on sale for Xbox 360 are to retail at up to $70.

According to pages on the retailer's website, the 8Gb stick will cost $39.99, while the 16Gb will be worth $69.90.

This comes on the back of confirmation last week that 360 will be supporting USB flash drives as an external source of space, beginning next week.

We'll ask Microsoft what the pricing is in the UK this morning.
