Rumor - Apple working on smaller iPad

A source close to The Wall Street Journal has said component suppliers in Asia are prepping a new iPad model with a smaller, 7 to 8-inch screen, similar to the Google Nexus 7, but non-HD. Sterne Agee analyst Shaw Wu, told WSJ he believes the rumored tablet will run around the $199, which is close to the price point of Amazon's Kindle Fire. Wu also told Blomberg the device would be Amazon, Microsoft and Google’s “worst nightmare”.
