Rocket League Collector's Edition still not out, have a trailer anyway

Listen, mate, if you were about to buy Rocket League from Steam, the PSN or Xbox Live: don't. Hold on. Wait.

You've already held out this long. If you can keep your cool for just a few more weeks, you can buy the Collector's Edition. It comes on a disc. You can buy it in a shop. Doesn't that sound fine?

Due on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on June 24 in Europe and July 5 in North America, the Collector's Edition goes for $30 and bundles in three DLC packs (Supersonic Fury, Revenge of the Battle-Cars, and Chaos Run), four all-new vehicles and an exclusive art print.

As with every other version of Rocket League it includes a ton of different game modes, including Rocket Labs, the work-in-progress beta playlist. It'll probably continue to receive the same loving attention and free updates the driving sports hybrid has enjoyed to date, too.

Since we're still a ways out from launch this trailer really feels like it's encouraging you to hold off making a purchase till then, which is an unusual marketing strategy. Does anybody not own Rocket League yet? Will you buy it again?
