Rise of the Tomb Raider has gone gold on Xbox One and Xbox 360

The headline says it all, really.
Earlier this week, Crystal Dynamics outlined the game's Season Pass content along with information on DLC.
DLC includes Endurance Mode, the tomb Baba Yaga: The Temple of the Witch and Cold Darkness Awakened.
Extra game modes Chapter Replay, Chapter Replay Elite, Score Attack and Remnant Resistance were also announced as part of the package.

Rise of the Tomb Raider launches on November 10 in North America, November 11 in Japan and on November 13 in Europe for Xbox One and Xbox 360.
