Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is a part of the big new shiny connected world.

ResidentEvil.net support went live for Resident Evil: Revelations 2 today, in time for the on-disc release.

According to Capcom Unity, linking your game to the network will allow you to track player data and loads of different stats, as well as transfer items from the site to your game.

This will all become much more exciting on April 1, when online events kick off, and you'll have the chance to earn more rewards.

You can use an existing Capcom Unity ID to log into residentevil.net, or create a new one. In either case you'll then have to link your Steam, PSN ID or Gamertag.
