Resident Evil.net's first global event is live, get killing zombies now

Resident Evil 6's social and competitive network Resident Evil.net has just launched its first global challenge that tasks gamers to kill the most zombies. Better get cracking undead skulls people.
Capcom Unity unveiled the debut challenge, and stated that whoever has killed the most zombies 'once the smoke clears' will net 50,000 Resident Evil points to spend on the service for bonus content.
We say 'when the smoke clears', because the site doesn't give a closing date for the challenge.
Anyway, it's a big challenge, so kudos to whoever nets the spoils at the end.
