Report - Miyamoto mentions 2011 launch for Mario Kart 3DS

Shigeru Miyamoto apparently said in France last week that Mario Kart 3DS will launch this year.

GameKyo reports that Miyamoto said the title's date, one of the first shown for the system, at a press event in Paris last week.

More details are to come at E3 in June, supposedly.

Miyamoto also apparently dropped details on Nintendo's now-confirmed Wii successor, mentioning the company's looking at possibly using 3DS as a controller for the system.
