Report - Black Ops 2 setting in violation of Infinity Ward's contract

GameInformer has hold of a set of legal documents which suggest the future setting of Treyarch's Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 may violate Activision's contract with Infinity Ward. The primary franchise developer apparently retains the rights to any Call of Duty games set post-Vietnam. We're no legal eagles, and you'd think Activision would have this covered, but it might be worth bearing in mind as the publisher continues its legal dispute with former Infinity Ward leads and Call of Duty creators Jason West and Vince Zampella.
