THQ said at a preview event in London tonight that Red Faction: Battlegrounds will release on XBLA and PSN in the first week of April, as reported by Eurogamer. Battlegrounds is a small, vehicle-based actioner created by UK developer THQ Digital Warrington. There are some more details through there, and we'll have coverage from the event for you soon.
