Let's talk about this short story about bots and game dev

Got a minute? Spend it with this wonderful short story.

reading

Rising Thunder community manager and former Riot Games staffer Patrick Miller has penned a terrific tale of modern game development, which is instantly recognisable even to those of us on the fringe of the industry.

Called MVP, it tells the tale of an indie dev's extreme efforts to keep management happy and save a dying online game - with help from a mysterious army of bots.

You can read it in full on Medium - for free, obviously - and it shouldn't take you longer than your tea break. You won't be sorry.

Don't read the comments here until you've finished the story, then come back and talk about it. I guess we're starting a book club or something? Nice.
