Rainbow Six Siege is free to play on all platforms this weekend

Rainbow Six Siege will be available to play for free this weekend, so mark your calendars.

Starting on Thursday, February 15 and running through Tuesday, February 20, Rainbow Six Siege will be completely free to play. The free weekend will be available on PC (Steam and Uplay) February 15-18, on PS4 February 15-20, and on Xbox One February 15-19.

Players who try the game during the free weekend will find progress will carry over into the full game if purchased. This excludes the Starter edition. The game is also on sale for 30% off on all platforms.

As a reminder, Year 3, Season 1, Operation Chimera, will be available on PC through the technical test server starting February 19 and will launch on all platforms on March 6.

The new co-op mode Outbreak will be playable on PC through the technical test server starting February 20 and will then be available on all platforms March 6 - April 3.

Ubisoft recently detailed the five monster types players will be going up against in Outbreak. Additional details on Operation Chimera and Outbreak event will be unveiled during the Six Invitational finals February 16-18.
