Rain World alpha footage shows stealth, platforming and predators

Rain World developers Joar Jakobsson and James Primate have posted some alpha gameplay footage of the pixelated platformer online.
It follows Rain World being successfully voted through Steam Greenlight, and my interview with the creators.
As you can see above, Rain World is all about guiding your Slugcut through an abandoned industrial world, avoiding predators and leaping around as cats are wont to do.
Rain World is currently in development for PC and Mac.
